September 12, 2022 – On April 22, 2022, Rob G. Hargrove (Shareholder, Austin) and Julie L. Griffis (Shareholder, Midland) spoke at the 48^th Annual Ernest E. Smith Oil, Gas and Mineral Law Institute.  Mr. Hargrove presented on royalty litigation post production cost issues while Ms. Griffis spoke on Concho v. Ellison, Broadway National Bank v. Yates, and issues surrounding correction deeds.  Mr. Hargrove also served as the presiding officer and on the planning committee.
