John A. (Jad) Davis is one of the firm’s founders and heads the trial practice at DGC Law. He has been the lead trial attorney in numerous complex and high-profile lawsuits in the Permian Basin, throughout Texas, and in New Mexico. Jad maintains an active appellate docket primarily involving industry-shaping oil and gas issues. In the past few years he has been mediating oil and gas cases with considerable success.
