Katie Petroski’s practice predominately involves representing clients in litigation arising out of disputes in the oil and gas industry. She has experience litigating commercial, contractual, and personal injury disputes and has been involved in all aspects of civil litigation from case inception to trial. Ms. Petroski has successfully resolved lawsuits through trial, summary judgment, and voluntary settlement for clients ranging from individuals to local West Texas businesses to large corporations. Ms. Petroski also frequently negotiates master service agreements on behalf of both operators and service companies and participates in other general business matters in an effort to avoid litigation.
