June 13, 2022 – On April 22, Rob Hargrove was the presiding officer at the 48th Annual Ernest E. Smith Oil, Gas and Mineral Law Institute in Houston, TX, presented by the University of Texas School of Law and the Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Hargrove also gave a talk on Post Production Cost Litigation from the operator’s perspective. He is a Shareholder in the DGC Austin office.  

At the same conference, Julie Griffis, DGC Midland shareholder, spoke on recent Texas Supreme Court deed construction cases.
