MIDLAND – Congratulations to DGC Lawyers John A. “Jad” Davis and Clayton D. Brown for securing a judgment on behalf of Plaintiffs in Boyd & McWilliams Energy Group, Inc., et al v. NCS Multistage, LLC after a five-day jury trial in the 109th Judicial District Court of Winkler County, Texas. Plaintiffs sued for damages in connection with frac sleeve assemblies installed in four of Plaintiffs’ horizontal oil and gas wells. The total amount awarded to Plaintiffs via the final judgment was $42,499,764.88.
